Awareness or insight is always the first step forward in the possibility of new direction and creating change. Once we are aware of a possible difficulties in our lives, we can then take the necessary steps forward in doing something about it.
MLF programs will assist you to increase your awareness of your own thoughts (what are you thinking about), feelings (what is the emotion or feeling state) and behaviors (what do you do? the actions).
Through increased awareness of these three key areas you can begin to learn how to make changes using the CBT model which will be explained in great detail throughout the programs.

Hey Patrick,
I just wanted you to know how helpful your programme has been for me. I have noticed that I feel generally calmer, and I have more confidence with others and in myself. I don’t feel that I am churning away with anxiety that zaps my energy all the time. And I don’t have the thought all the time that ‘people think I’m awkward’.
I have always been a shy person – even back in primary school – and I know that may not go completely – but I am able to get on with my life regardless. I am thinking of going back to Uni and studying something new – I never would have considered this before your course.
If you are thinking of doing this – just do it! You wont regret it at all. Patrick is very skilled and knows so much in the area of social anxiety.
Thank you Patrick!

Patrick – I don’t think many Psychologists actually understand what Social Anxiety is. I saw quite a few to try to help me, but they didnt. Your information is so easy to follow, backed my research and you seem like a really nice guy too.
Will you do another follow on programme to this one – as I really like your delivery and it has helped me so much with talking to others!
Many thanks for your help
Sam (Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
